Can I choose the date that my price plan starts from?

Yes, when you purchase a plan, you can choose the date that you'd like it to be active from.

What notice do you need for cancelling/rescheduling a class?

On the website, it allows you to change your booking up to 3 hours before the class starts. If you can't cancel online but you've contacted us to cancel beforehand, this is still valid and we can put your class back into your plan to reuse another time, or reschedule you for another date. 

What payment options do you accept if I can't book online?

We accept BACS payment (online banking) PayPal, cash or we have a card reader for you to bring just your bank card along.
