 For public classes:

We may take photos and/or videos at events and retreats for using on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Sometimes, photos and videos may also be taken during public classes (usually at a distance of the whole class so faces aren't clear and more often than not, its from behind or the side). 

If you do not want to be in any photos or videos during public events with Activate, then you must inform the teacher beforehand.
