Art Workshop - Painting Landscapes

Art Workshop Day - learn to paint landscapes with oils!

Join Megan at this fun and friendly art workshop and learn to paint beautiful landscapes.

What we will be covering:

• how to paint different skies/clouds
• the easy way to paint trees
• using different brushes for textures like grass and rocks
• blending techniques and creating light
• painting mountains using a palette knife
• how to paint water/rivers

What is provided at this workshop:

• Paint brushes & palette knives
• Oil paints & non-toxic paint thinner 
• Palettes for mixing paint on
• Canvases 
• Teas, coffee and drinking water
• Toilets
• Free parking
• You also get to bring your artwork home with you!

What you will need to bring with you:

• Packed lunch 
• Old clothes or an apron (that you don't mind getting paint on)
• Something to bring your artwork home with you such as a box or plastic sheet/bag to protect your car from wet paint

If you have any allergies at all, please let us know (especially food allergies such as nuts) There will be biscuits provided with the tea. If you have any special requirements or access needs, please let us know also.
