Cosy Getaway retreat Sunday 22nd October 2pm-6pm

Now this is how we start our winters! Come along and escape with us at this cosy retreat which will include some warming yoga (suitable for all levels), a sound bath using a reiki drum, followed by magical tibetan bowls whilst wrapped up warm inside a beautiful tipi tent. Then you will get the most relaxing facial treatment you have ever had using 100% natural skincare products by Tropic. Then we will have a nourishing winter lunch that's full of goodness for your body. After lunch, you will have a foot scrub followed by a dreamy reflexology massage whilst enjoying endless cups of teas with great music. There will be a fire with tasty s'mores and hot chocolate as we snuggle up and talk Tropic products (there will also be a fun little quiz that includes a prize). Do I need to bring anything?

You don't need to bring anything for the yoga as there will be mats, blankets and belts for you to borrow. Lunch will also be provided so if you have any particular dietry needs, please inform us beforehand so we can arrange alternative food . Make sure you wear comfy clothing and bring extra layers in case it's a little chilly. This event will be outdoors (but the facials will be indoors and the meditation/relaxing parts will be inside a tipi) and there will be firepits and outdoor heaters.
