Service Description
Location: Currock Community Centre, Lediard Ave, Currock, Carlisle CA2 4BS Mixed ability weekly yoga class for all age groups and genders; adapted to suit both beginners and intermediate levels. Adaptations and different options are shown for certain poses so everyone can take part. Lighthearted and welcoming, there is never any ego or competition, we are all on our own journey to self-discovery so enjoy the process. Every class is different and themed with elements of sound healing for shavasana at the end.
Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel your class 3 hours before it starts on the website by clicking on your name (when logged in) at the top right-hand corner of the website, click on “bookings” and here, you will see your booked sessions where you can change them.
